Enel Green Power has secured €90m ($106.3m) from French development bank Proparco for the Ituverava photovoltaic solar plant in Brazil.
According to a statement from a law firm involved in the transaction, Ituverava will feature a 254 MW installed capacity. When operational, the Bahia state plant will be the second-largest solar power facility in South America, generating up to 550 GW/h per year.
