Klabin has sold BRL845m ($269.9m) worth of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRAs), in the Brazilian local market. The Sao Paulo-based paper company priced the 2022 note at 95% over the DI interbank lending rate, a securities filing showed. Itau BBA led the Rule 400 trade, while Bradesco BBI, Banco do Brasil and Santander acted as coordinators. Oliveira Trust was trustee.
