Grupo Traxion has advanced talks on its Mexican IPO, filing initial documentation with the country’s stock exchange for a potential $250m to $300m equity sale. The trucking and logistics firm picked Morgan Stanley and UBS to coordinate the offering, while Citi was named a passive bookrunner, ECM bankers said.
