Grupo Argos has agreed to sell its port operating subsidiary Compania de Puertos Asociados, or Compas, to West Street Infrastructure Partners III for COP407bn ($136m). The Colombian conglomerate offloaded its 50% stake in the port operator for 2.5x what it paid for Compas back in 2012, the company said in a statement.
