Brazil’s electricity regulator ANEEL canceled 25 renewable
energy projects comprising 557.4 MW in combined capacity, according to a statement from the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
Sixteeen wind farms totaling 307.7 MW and 9 solar photovoltaic plants amounting
to 249.7 MW from Brazil’s first reserve auctions in 2014 and 2015 were
