Banistmo found space on an active day for Latin American companies in the cross-border bond market to sell $400m in five-year bonds, sources told LatinFinance. The joint bookrunners JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley opened the initial price talk around 225bp over US Treasury bonds before bringing it down at guidance to 200bp, plus or minus 5bp.
