Mexico rounded outs its 2018 funding requirements with its second cross-border bond sale in less than week. This time, the sovereign printed €1.5bn ($1.7bn) in 2028 securities, DCM sources confirmed. Barclays, Citi and Santander started initial price talk at 100bp over mid-swaps before tightening yield at guidance to 90bp.
