Shanghai-headquartered New Development Bank (NDB) and Santander Brasil have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore financing initiatives, the NDB said in a statement.
The pair will grant credit lines, fund infrastructure and work on bond issues, FX services and derivatives operations. The MoU also covers staff development, temporary assignments for employees, secondments and staff exchanges.
