Banco del Estado has raised $500m in 2021 bonds on Wednesday, DCM sources confirmed.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, HSBC and JPMorgan started initial price talk at 80bp area over US Treasuries before tightening this to between 65bp and 70bp over Treasuries.
Leads launched the transaction on the tight end of guidance, or 65bp over Treasuries. The Chilean bank priced the notes at par to yield 2.668%.
