PagSeguro Digital advanced its IPO plans over the Holidays, filing documentation with the SEC and picking a group of underwriters.
According to a securities filing, the Brazilian payment processor picked Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan to lead the offering.
Sterling Law, Conyers, Dill & Pearman and Mattos Filho were named legal advisors to the issuer, while Davis Polk and Pinheiro Neto were picked to represent the banks.
