CTEEP said it has sold BRL621m ($173m) in debentures and become the first company in Brazil to issue green bonds in the electricity transmission sector. The seven-year notes priced at 4.7% over the IPCA consumer price index, CTEEP said in a securities filing. Order books were 2.9x oversubscribed, CFO Rinaldo Pecchio Junior said in a statement.
