Grupo Elektra has completed a MXN5.5bn ($281m) bond sale in Mexico's local debt market, placing the three-year notes at 230bp over the 28-day floating TIIE rate.
Actinver and Punto Casa de Bolsa coordinated the unsecured bond sale on Tuesday and placed the paper under Elektra's MXN15bn shelf. Interacciones and Vifaru Casa de Bolsa were named placement agents on the deal.
