BancoEstado has replaced CFO Carlos Martabit with Julio Guzman Herrera, one of several changes the state-run bank has made this month.
Guzman joins from Banco Consorcio, where he was an independent director, according to a statement from BancoEstado.
Martabit has been with the bank since May 2000 and is expected to stay on to support some of its subsidiaries.
The changes come after the arrival of Arturo Tagle as BancoEstado's new President and Juan Cooper, who joins general management.
